A residential project published as a book rather than a brochure. The landing view is a contents grid — twenty cards, each numbered in roman and tagged by kind, moving from Overview through Residence to Amenity and then into grouped chapters. Open any one and it becomes a full chapter with its own sound and previous / next chapter navigation, so the project can be read straight through or dipped into. The amenities keep their Sanskrit names — Raj Aangan, Taran Taal, Pranayam Kaksh, Krida Kshetra, Vatika — and the whole thing sits on near-white with a fine serif, letting the renders carry the colour.
